Richard T. Walker
M.Sc. (Geology), P. Geo.

Mr Walker is a highly qualified, well experienced, senior Professional Geoscientist (PGeo) registered with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC). He established his successful consulting practice in 1996 and has extensive and diverse national and international exploration experience, with a proven track record of organizational and project management skills.

His experience extends across a multitude of mineral exploration projects, deposit types and commodities, specializing in comprehensive technical reports, property evaluations, program design and implementation and project management.

Mr Walker has managed numerous, successful exploration programs in a wide variety of geological settings. He has extensive experience designing, implementing and managing programs for precious metals (silver and gold), base metals (copper, lead, molybdenum and zinc) and diamonds, as well as industrial minerals (graphite, mica, dimension stone), from field camps in prairie, mountain and arctic settings.

Mr. Walker is recognized as a Qualified Person (QP) under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101.

Jennifer Thomson

Dr. Thomson achieved a Ph.D. in Geology (1992) from the University of Massachusetts, an M.S. in Geological Sciences (1985) from the University of Maine at Orono, and a B.S. in Earth Sciences (1982) from the University of New Hampshire. She is a Registered Member in good standing of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, Inc. (SME) and she has been a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Washington since 2001.

Dr. Thomson is also a member of the Mineralogical Society of America and the Geological Society of America and is currently serving as an Editor of the American Mineralogist (2008 – present).
